Withdrawals and Our Closed-Loop Policy

Where technically possible, we return withdrawals to the same payment method and account used for your deposit, up to the amount deposited through that method. Our standard withdrawal limits are 5,000 EUR per day, 25,000 EUR per week and 100,000 EUR per month, though eligible VIP players and progressive jackpot winners may qualify for higher limits upon review.

No withdrawal commission applies if your deposit has been wagered at least once; otherwise, we charge a fee of 8%, with a minimum of 4 EUR.
